Campground Rules

  1. For seasonal campers; If you do not notify us at least 1 week before coming in, your spot will be forfeited.
  2. Camping will be permitted only in established campgrounds or in areas designated by the park officer. Only one table and one electric outlet per site.
  3. ONLY ONE TRAILER, ONE PICKUP CAMPER, ONE VAN or ONE MOTOR HOME ALLOWED ON ONE CAMPSITE. NO TENTS will be allowed.
  4. No more than two vehicles will be permitted per camp. Each vehicle must be PARKED and registered on your campsite. violators may be towed away.
  5. A $5.00 late fee will be charged to any camper that rents by the month if the lot rent is not paid by the due date.
  6. VISITORS: Are the responsibility of the campground permit holder; must follow and obey all campground rules; must park in DESIGNATED area only; may be evicted at anytime for violation of park rules; no visitors may enter the campground after 11:00pm.
  7. QUIET must be observed after 11:00pm for the benefit of those who retire early. UNREASONABLE NOISE LEVELS will NOT be tolerated at anytime.
  8. Campsites must be kept clean. ALL GARBAGE MUST BE PUT IN PLASTIC BAGS AND PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER.
  9. NO FISH OR FISH GUTS may be placed in the dumpster.
  10. NO digging or trenching permitted.
  11. WATER USE: An additional $5.00 fee will be charged for washing any vehicle or camping unit.
  12. No dish washing or fish cleaning will be allowed in restrooms.
  13. FIRES are permitted only in designated areas on each site. The management reserves the right to ban any or all campfires. Fires must be extinguished after use.
  14. PETS: (limit of 2 dogs per campsite) must be on a leash not exceeding 6 feet in length and under control at all times; DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN FREE, CLEAN-UP BY OWNER, MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED, Violators will be fined.
  15. Positively NO DRUNKEN PARTIES allowed.
  16. No solicitation in park.
  17. BICYCLES: For your safety and that of the campers, no bike riding will be ALLOWED AFTER DARK if bicycle is not equipped with proper lights. Children age 5 and under must be accompanied by a parent while riding bicycles in the park, on the road, and at the playground.
  18. ALL CHILDREN must be on their own campsite after 10:00pm.
  19. CHILDREN PLAYING IN THE BATH HOUSE will not be tolerated. offenders and their parents will be automatically evicted from the park and NO REFUND will be given!
  20. NO POOLS of any size or type allowed in the park.
  21. NO MOTORCYCLES or 2, 3 or 4 wheeled motorized vehicles (this includes children's rechargeable battery operated vehicles) allowed to operate in the park.
  22. Cruising vehicles in campground is prohibited.
  23. No clothesline or laundry to be hung from park property. Nothing to be placed in, on, or against the fence, trees or shrubbery.
  24. Absolutely no cutting of tree limbs or shrubbery. Contact park office if you feel a problem exists.
  25. Finn Road Park accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  26. All 100 lb. LP tanks must be secured to camping unit.
  27. "Doughnuts" or sewer rings should be used where sewer hoses connect to park sewers.
  28. Not more than one camp, occupied by a single family or group of four unrelated persons, will be permitted on an individual lot. No camp shall occupy more than one lot.
  29. Extension to this permit may be made no later than 10:00am on the day this permit expires if sites are available. We recommend extensions be obtained the day prior to expiration. The reservation system may not allow all requests for extensions to be honored.
  30. Prior approval of the park officer is required to move from one campsite to another.
  31. Visitors must lave the campground by 11:00pm.
  32. SEASONAL RATE CUSTOMERS, who leave early, will not be given a refund or credit for the remainder  of the season.

Deposit Policy

Effective for the 2012 camping season a $17.00 non-refundable deposit will be required in order to book your site on any of the following weekends:
  • memorial Day
  • Father's Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
The deposit will need to be received 1 month prior to your reserved arrival date.

If you are booking for more than 2 sites, a deposit equal to one night's stay per site will be required and will need to be received 1 month prior to your scheduled check-in date, this applies for all year and is not limited to holidays.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your reservation, kindly give 7 days notice. Any cancellation taking place less than 7 days prior to your arrival will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. This applies to all campers.
